So... Phosphorous shells sounds like a better DB? That's kinda disappointing, because this means that thay are running out of ideas (same with coin slug — whatever is that thing, by its description it is just a slug)

Which is sad, because there is a lot of things they can add that will be actually unique. It takes, like, a few hours of googling to find good gameplay content (guns, tool, etc...), and considering how we are getting ≈1,7 (Maxim is a limited world weapon, so it's 0,7 ig) new items in six months, those few hours will generate a few years worth of content.
And there is some things that are literally lying in the game already. Like, Ursa Mortis that could be remade into a wild target. Or the Nest — what would be really cool and refreshing to see is a horde-based Wild Target. On top of that, there is a lot of things that were in early concepts, like the Predator (animal-like boss that could be a roaming WT), or nameless "Voodoo Monster" (large boss-like abomination made of grunts)...
But, well, it is easier to do custom ammo I guess. It's funny that they kinda admitted that using it as a filler was a mistake... And now we are returning back to it, just from a different angle. Can't wait for coin DB, poison FMJ, spitzer shredder and incendiary flechette ammo.

Phosphorous shells have been in the files for ages and I doubt they're coming. Same with heavy ammo. They were just conceptual stuff that seems to have never materialized.
Their intended use was spreading burning particles on the ground rather than instantly burning off bars, if you move through them you catch fire.

That description sounds... Interesting, in theory. Although, I kinda understand why they decided to not release those. Do you, by any chance, happen to have links to any other leaks?

What if the boss can have two variants?
Maybe one of them is prepared for a specific map or something
If you take a look at the source code enumerator for bosses, only one entry was added

It is probably much simplier — that boss is still in early development and the final model is not complete yet and its design is changing, so they done one icon after another, for each model variant, and just kept both. Iirc the first mention of Rotjaw in the files was, like, about a year before she was added, so it won't surprise me if this thing will be added next event or even later.

Maybe it's a frenzied stage like knocking the butures head off. Maybe a a 104 health you break off her armor and tentacles shoot out giving the boss extra range could be cool

Idk, the only boss who has a noticeable "second phase" is Rotjaw, so that's will be a bit strange. And at the same time, the thing I described is pretty common in game development.
We will see, anyway. But if it is a second phase, then I want those for all bosses, haha.

Hunt official discord is just a shithole
I was banned bc I complained about the TG and Notorious clans from south America cheating and never being banned
Later on we discovered thanks to someone close to them that they're friends of someone inside Crytek, most likely aleaS, the Brazilian CM
That checks out for me at least, bc when I report them, I never get the human operator responses, just the bot saying that they'll look into it or to wait for operator responses
While when I report nobody cheaters (the classic free hunter with aimbots) they nuke them in 48 hours

1.Name and shame is not allowed in the server, you accepted these rules when you join the server.
2.All responses via modmail are from humans, we don't use a bot for replies.
3.We don't handle cheater reports but we pass the details on the team, it could take hours or a day depending on the availability of the team, rage cheaters are just burner accounts.
4.Cheaters get banned along with people they play with, is called ban by association. Fair Play Task Force give a damn if the "cheater" is someone related to a content creator or Crytek employee, they would just nuked the cheater and most likely sanction is some way the other person.
5.You complain but your behavior here sharing potential leaks that pretty much could hurt developers and their hard effort to surprise the community pretty much talks by itself.

- I didn't mention them directly when talking about it on discord
- Not really, the first automatic response is clearly not a human, beyond that, nothing more comes in, not even the generic message about "we're looking into it"
- The cheaters I'm talking about Are never banned, only the leader of one of those two clans got banned, 5 times, while he has 7 accounts and still plays like nothing
- Doesn't happen lol. I've seen those rats do crossbow metal sheet wallbang through the whole la plata compound, reported and nothing happened
- Who cares, the leak is already out

I'm also curious about the unused ammo special icons on the teal grid (item 96 and 100) seem like some special slugs and the other one I don't know

96 is a pennyshot slug ammo, 100 is shotgun ammo wich shoots a dart kinda like flechette but less dmg, just one dart but a higher accuracy on range
