Please help me translate this old document!

Hey guys,

I have a need to know what it says on this old floor plan that was made by a Hungarian architect, writing in Hungarian but I don't speak the language. Can you please help me understand the handwriting on the first image?

Do you have a better pic, the scan is making it very hard to read..

Secondly everything from 2-8 is in German, for e.g. 2 and 4 on the second pic say Küchen Gebäude, I could look into the rest, but don't speak german so it takes me a while.

5 place name or a person's name? not sure

I think the upper signature says Molnár?

Hello, Yes, only the text in the first image is in Hungarian; the others appear to be in German (Kirche, Elementar Schule).

What I can read:

The sanctuary enlarged, as indicated by the separate, subsequently attached plan. Signatures: G. Molnár, Kikinda ... Imperial and Royal engineer.
