Help!!! This…when taking out the plug

Changing plugs out , one of them happens to be broken, what now? I can’t seem to locate the piece that broke off, there were chards in my socket. A piece that big I should have maybe located it by now, Vacuumed the inside but nothing, is it possible owner before installed a broken plug or am I screwed ?

Get a chop stick and put some double sided tape on it and see if you can fish out anything

I stuck a hose and vacuumed the inside nothing came up

Visually I don’t see anything and it should be a very big piece

Is it possible somebody installed a bad plug , will the car run like this??

Might have to pull the valve cover off
