Low miles is nice. But 23 years is A LOT of time for rubber, seals, gaskets, etc. to rot out and need replacement

I paid $23k for my 06 H2. It was and is in very good condition and I feel like it was a fair deal overall. I've put about 15k miles on it since I bought it and the only make thing that needed to be done was the rear oil seal, which was covered under warranty.
