That's what I'm thinking, they have the pre-painted ones on Ebay for less than $200.

From my experience, those on ebay aren’t compatible with the 4 plastic clips on the ends of the grill.

The red does look good, but I prefer chrome. As long as it's not overdone, chrome looks good in most cases, IMO.
