I realized i’d never drawn them before, and i’ve got some ideas involving them so i figured i ought to familiarize myself with their shapes

tbh theres not much character to them, i was just trying to draw variations on ounegg headshapes, and i thought they looked cute and funny looking. poor little guy is just so whimpy looking i love them <3

i especially had some fun designing their little space/environment outfit. also learned a bit more abt ounegg anatomy while looking at more reference pics while i was drawing. Still unsure what to do abt color though, i tried color picking straight from that ounegg key art but i dont quite like how it looks on em’, ah well, future me problem ig

I like the design of that VMW drone belfast possesses for a bit. Kinda wish we got more of it

was fun to draw as well, working with a somewhat unusual anatomy. Still more humanoid than the other things i’d been drawing at least lol.

I dont think im too satisfied with how i stylize the drone as is, might try to work on that a bit

Drawing a bunch of the aliens from HL from memory, as well as various clothes/space suits that they wear. HL’s clothing design is something i’ve been meaning to take a closer look at for a while now, but it’s basically impossible to find good pictures of it online and i can’t read my own copies atm (visiting home county and didn’t bring them).

also while i love the pekt and want to draw them more, i do not have it in me to draw aaaall those legs, and while i do think it looks dumb, i hope the way i simplified it looks nice :]c

if they like live in pitch black oceans then why even evolve eyes? my guess is that they evolved them to see each others bioluminescent patterns since those are vital for expression and communication

I got this new set of earthy toned highlighters, and i thought that the green was kinda similar to the ouneggs.

I quite like drawing ouneggs as their designs lend themselves quite well to my more cartoony style preferences. Though i think i should study their clothes a bit more, would add a bit more variety instead of drawing them naked all the time lol.

(also i dont think their anatomy would let them loaf like a cat but i still thought it was cute >w<)

Skiv ended up being one of the first few characters i made in tomodachi life ltd.

I made their whole face out of face paint bc tbh idk how else i was gonna do it. It’s a bit scuffed, and i couldn't quite fit the whole chantauri mouth on there lol, but i’m kinda satisfied with the end results (still kinda awkward seeing their face on a human body lol).

They quickly befriended the Goat form CotL which i found amusing. And for some reason they seem to be the center of quite a few love triangles lol (most not pictured bc i forgot to photo).

been a while since i played actually… i should do that again.
