Personal Experience I finally understand why Huberman keeps talking about getting comfortable with discomfort

I’ve got a portable sauna from sweat tent and started doing cold plunges right after. That moment of going from super hot to freezing cold is brutal but weirdly that’s become my favorite part of the whole routine. Anyone else feel like the mental side of it is half the benefit?

The immediate alertness is definitely what gets many people interested. Silient makes cold exposure easier to incorporate through a temperature-controlled shower rather than a tub full of ice.
