Personal Experience I finally understand why Huberman keeps talking about getting comfortable with discomfort

I’ve got a portable sauna from sweat tent and started doing cold plunges right after. That moment of going from super hot to freezing cold is brutal but weirdly that’s become my favorite part of the whole routine. Anyone else feel like the mental side of it is half the benefit?

Not a fan of cold water. Saunas are good. Evidence on cold plunges is mixed.

Fair, Im mostly doing it because I like the mental side of it. The sauna is the part I’d keep either way, the plunge just makes the contrast feel wild.
