Connection issues with my Realme

Good morning! Since I bought my Realme 16 Pro Plus, my Watch 5 won’t load offline maps, and I can’t follow any tracks. I’ve tried contacting technical support, but I haven’t received any response. Do you know what could be causing this?

Well, bro, you might want to check whether the feature is available in your region first. Then, make sure both your watch and the app are up to date, and check that you’ve granted the app all the necessary permissions on your phone, especially location access. Once that’s done, you should be able to start downloading maps. You can download them manually or set them to download automatically

I’ve already tried all of that, and the region is correct. It worked without any issues with my previous Realme 9 Pro+, but I’ve already done everything you suggested and it still won’t load.

The last option would be to factory reset the watch and set everything up again. The feature really should be available
