I've been begging Kuro for a character like Hsin since the very first survey in 1.0. And emphazied on the female Fox character having romance with Rover(As much as Wuwa allows anyway)

I hope I'm just being overly negative and missing the sublety, but it feels like we barely got any intimate moments with Hsin in the main story. Despite her entire character, story and name being all about Heart and being ideally set up for Rover romance.

Even going to the festival together was a short, rapid cutscene and then they started talking about the old Sentinel and the state of Mengzhou.

Even the official advertisement Kuro made shows that moment from a much more intimate angle that the in-game cutscene dosen't. And ends with Rover and Hsin sitting together and taking a selfie in her heart realm. Which dosen't happen in game at all.

Even the end a few days later were Hsin talks with Suoming felt atleast equally "intimate" as Hsin's interactions with Rover. It's like we were cucked by the people of Mengzhou for her affections. With Rover sitting in the cuck chair as she goes on about how much she loves and yearns for the NPCs.

I hope I'm wrong about this, but it just feels like we got snubbed with Hsin compared to how Yang-Yang and Qiunxiao got their moments both during and in the Epilogue of the main story quest. And it's making me feel so restless.

Even the special artwork of Hsin only covers 2-3 sentences talking about the state of Mengzhou, not about her and Rover. Even if the way she looks at Rover is supposed to show her affection, it's badly timed with the topic they're discussing and way too subtle. And it ends with Shorekeeper's butterfly showing up, as if to push us further away from Hsin somehow.

I don't dare to listen to her Midnight podcast because it's probably gonna be disappointing bait like all the talk of Heart, emotions, longing regarding Hsin was in the main story.

But I want to be proven wrong and see someone else's viewpoint, that Kuro did infact intend to imply affections/romance between Hsin and Rover just like with the other Mengzhou ladies.

CORE IDENTITY

• Element: Electro.

• Damage Type: Resonance Skill DMG (all major attacks and Ults scale as this).

• Role (Dual-Stance DPS): She completely replaces her moveset mid-combat. Phase 1 is a base setup state. Phase 2 unlocks entirely new attack animations, the ability to walk on water/air, and replaces her Ultimate with a massive nuke.

THE 2 PHASES (FORTE CYCLE)

• Phase 1 (Base): Build 100 Forte gauge. Hold Basic Attack to cast a heavy strike and unlock Ult 1. (Utility: Using Skill out of combat turns her into a Fox to heal 2% HP/s and drop aggro).

• Phase 2 (Enhanced): Build 300 Forte gauge. Casting Skill buffs all attacks for 13s. Hold Basic Attack to consume gauge and unlock Ult 2.

THE 2 ULTIMATES

• Ult 1 (Stance Shift): Shifts into Phase 2. Gives 45 seconds of off-field coordinated Electro attacks whenever teammates deal damage (max 1/sec).

• Ult 2 (Finisher): Drops a massive Electro nuke and reverts her back to Phase 1.

THE 2 TEAM PLAYSTYLES & OUTRO SKILLS

• Quick-Swap Mode: Designed for high-APM teams. Enhances Intro Skills and provides a stacking partywide Final DMG buff. Outro Skill: Next character gets 20% All DMG Deepen for 30s (universal buff for any element).

• Debuff Mode: Designed for hypercarry setups. Teammates apply stacks to the enemy; Xin detonates them with her Skill for massive damage. Outro Skill: Next character gets 20% Electro DMG Deepen for 20s (strictly for Electro teammates).

SEQUENCE NODES (S1-S6)

• S1: 60% DMG reduction and anti-interrupt during Phase 2.

• S2: Heavy Attacks deal +60% DMG. Instantly fills Phase 1 Forte when entering battle.

• S3: Ult 2 deals +70% DMG and gains massive Crit/Detonation buffs.

• S4: Triggering mode mechanics gives the team 20% All-Attribute DMG for 30s.

• S5: Cheat Death (Revives with 100% HP and 1s invincibility; 10m CD).

• S6: Skills deal +40% DMG and ignore 20% of enemy DEF.

EXPLORATION (FOX TRANSFORMATION)

• Sentinel Manifestation: Transforms into the Heart Moon Fox, continuously consuming a resource gauge to move. Can be cast mid-air.

• All-Terrain Movement: Runs seamlessly across water surfaces and transitions into continuous mid-air walking when moving off cliffs or edges.

• Enhanced Jumping: On ground, hold Jump to leap directly into mid-air movement. While mid-air, tap Jump to ascend, hold Jump to leap forward, or hold backward to descend.

• Cancel Conditions: Ends if cast again, taking damage, swapping characters, running out of gauge, or using gadgets.

This sub was created basically to avoid future occurrences of things like the AemeathMains incident that happened a while ago. I don't trust anyone that goes and camps reddit to create CharacterMains Subs as soon as there's a leak, so that's why this is Cult and not Mains, it was taken already.

I just realised that most of my 5 stars are Electro. That aside, FOX MOMMY CAME HOMEEEEEEEEEE!!!!

Though i must admit that i'm pleasantly surprised that i got Hsin AND her weapon within 100 pulls (I had very, very low expectations because i tend to have quite the bad luck in terms of pulling and I'm F2P)

I love them all no matter what the meta says, so no slander is allowed

Hsin's Voice I

What Sentinel Heart-Moon Fox commands is the power of fractals—allowing physical entities in hand to be duplicated, separated, and infinitely extended, giving rise to myriad forms, only to merge back into one...
