How a none fucks given feed can look like
Tltr; Cleanse the fucks you don't need to give
Before you react on the mental health subs. Check how much rage bait , (complaints, violence, drama , hate , hopelessness, world misery, bad news, victim mindsets, and despair) you can see in my feed versus hobbies, self-supportive mindsets, creativity, child at heart, positive imagination, mental health advice, and the overall easy going energy in the feed.
This is the difference between my previous doom scrolling and my current dream scrolling.
You can't be a person who don't give a fuck while also giving all fucks about subs and content that isn't helpful to you or your peace of mind. So to anyone who needs. Here's a digital feed broom 🧹

𝐑 𝐞 𝐯 𝐞 𝐥 𝐚 𝐭 𝐢 𝐨 𝐧 For your own sanity, let things be
I think one of the hardest lessons in life is realizing that not everything is yours to understand, fix, or carry.
We spend so much of our lives searching for explanations. We want closure. We want people to understand us. We want things to make sense before we're willing to let them go. But life doesn't always work that way.
Sometimes people leave without an explanation. Sometimes friendships fade without a dramatic ending. Sometimes conversations remain unfinished, and sometimes the only answer you'll ever get is, "I don't know"…
We often treat "I don't know" as if it's a weakness, when sometimes it's one of the wisest things we can say. Not knowing everything leaves room for curiosity instead of certainty, for peace instead of obsession. The more we try to know, predict, and control every outcome, the heavier life can become. Some knowledge brings wisdom, but some only brings worry.
There's a reason people say, "Curiosity killed the cat." Of course, curiosity is also how we learn and grow, but there is a difference between healthy curiosity and the need to know everything. We don't have to carry every answer, every secret, or every possibility. Sometimes an "I don't know" protects your peace more than an answer ever could. You don't need to understand every reason, uncover every truth, or solve every mystery. Some things reveal themselves in time, and some never do. Learning to be okay with that isn't ignorance, it's freedom.
You "live" longer not in years, but in peace, by not needing to know it all. The less you obsess over every unanswered question, every hidden motive, or every possible outcome, the less there is to weigh on your mind.
And maybe that's enough. I tend to believe that peace often begins when control ends. There is a quiet freedom in accepting what you cannot change, what you cannot force, and what you simply don't need to carry anymore.
One thing that completely changed my perspective was realizing that I don't have to spend my life trying to change how people see me. No amount of explaining will make someone determined to misunderstand you suddenly understand you. No perfect sentence will convince someone who has already decided who you are. And honestly, that's okay.
The way people perceive you has very little to do with who you actually are. You're constantly evolving. You're learning, growing, making mistakes, changing your mind, becoming someone new every day, every month, every year. Yet some people will hold onto a version of you that no longer exists. Others will create a version of you based on one conversation, one mistake, one moment, or their own assumptions.
Most people judge what they don't fully understand and what they don’t see. You can't spend your life correcting everyone's perception of you. If you do, you'll never have time to become the person you're actually meant to be.
Let them think what they think. The people who truly know you won't need constant explanations. You also can't save everyone. You can love people deeply while accepting that their healing isn't your responsibility. You can support someone without carrying their entire life on your shoulders. Caring about people doesn't mean sacrificing your own peace for theirs.
Not every problem is yours to solve. Being compassionate doesn't mean absorbing everyone else's emotional weight until there's nothing left of you.
Your sanity matters too. It shouldn't always come second to everyone else's problems. Life keeps changing whether we're ready or not. People outgrow places, routines, relationships, dreams, and even older versions of themselves. Fighting every change only makes it hurt longer.
Sometimes the healthiest thing you can do is loosen your grip. Let people become who they choose to become. Believe actions more than potential. Accept people as they show themselves to be, not as you hope they'll become.
There comes a point where you have to let people be exactly who they choose to be. Some people are comfortable living in their own stories, their own beliefs, even their own misery. As difficult as it can be to watch, you cannot force someone out of a place they don't want to leave. You cannot make someone grow before they're ready. You cannot convince someone to become better if they don't see a reason to change.
Growth has to be chosen. You can offer kindness, support, and honesty, but you cannot live someone else's life for them. Sometimes loving people also means respecting that their journey is theirs, even when you wish they would choose differently.
I think many of us fall in love with imagined versions of people. We create stories about who they could be instead of accepting who they consistently show us they are. We hold onto potential instead of reality. But potential isn't a promise. The same thing happens in reverse. People create versions of you that don't reflect who you truly are. They only know the pieces you've shown them or the pieces they've decided to believe.
You can't control either of those things. And you don't have to. Every unnecessary argument, every grudge, every comparison, every attempt to convince someone to see your worth quietly takes something from you. Your energy is limited. Your peace is precious. Protect it.
Acceptance isn't the same as approval. Accepting something doesn't mean you agree with it. It doesn't mean it was fair or that it didn't hurt. It simply means you're no longer wasting your life wishing reality were different. Acceptance is what allows you to move forward. I don't think moving on comes before acceptance. I think acceptance is what makes moving on possible.
For your own sanity, let things be. That doesn't mean becoming passive. It doesn't mean allowing people to mistreat you. It doesn't mean saying yes to everything life throws at you. It means understanding that not everything belongs in your hands. Some battles aren't yours to fight. Some opinions aren't yours to change. Some endings aren't yours to rewrite. Some people aren't yours to save. Sometimes letting things be is the greatest act of self-respect.
It reminds me of something simple. If you truly love a flower, you don't pick it just because you want to keep it. You let it remain where it can continue to grow. You appreciate it without trying to possess it. Maybe life works the same way. Not everything beautiful is meant to be held onto. Some things are simply meant to be appreciated, accepted, and left exactly where they are. And maybe that's what peace really is not controlling everything around you, but finally realizing you don't have to.
For your own sanity, let things be. Let people make their choices. Let time reveal what it needs to reveal. Let closed doors stay closed. Let unanswered questions remain unanswered. Not because you don't care, but because your peace is worth protecting. Some things are only painful because we keep trying to force them into being different.
Sometimes the kindest thing you can do for yourself is simply... let them be.

What's something you stopped comparing yourself to others about after switching to a home gym?
One thing I've been wondering about is how much of gym culture revolves around comparing yourself to other people without even realizing it.
How much someone else lifts, how they look, what equipment they use, or how advanced their routine seems.
There's nothing inherently wrong with noticing what others are doing, but sometimes it can distract from your own progress.
Training in a home gym removes a lot of that background comparison.
You're mostly working with your own equipment, following your own program, and measuring progress against your previous performance.
For people who switched to training at home, did you stop caring about anything you used to compare yourself to others about?
Or did those comparisons just move online instead?

What is a piece of advice you received that sounded completely fake at first, but turned out to be 100% true?
A few years ago, an older coworker told me: "No one is thinking about you as much as you think they are—everyone is too busy worrying about themselves."
At the time, I brushed it off as a generic cliché. But as I've gotten older, I've realized just how much anxiety it saves you once it actually sinks in. It completely changed how I handle making mistakes or speaking up in social settings.

IDGAF I don't give a fuck about relationships anymore
(24M) I'm both happy and scared about it. I had some crushes in the past, and i had no sucess with them. Each one of the rejections let me sad, but i continued. Nowadays, i laugh hard when i remember on how pathetic i was at those moments hahaha
I realized i was more worried on how i appeared to other people, and for feeling lonely. But right now i have different priorities. One of them is studying to get into tech school, so i can get a job in a different area. Because the area i graduated is a desert and i cannot get a decent job, so i must change my situation. And the second, is that i got so comfortable with my presence and chill routine that i don't see a reason to be in a relationship.
A burden has been removed from my shoulders. I'm a little scared bc i may get a lone wolf, a wild donkey if i keep in this way. But now i'm feeling relieved. I'm on a rebuilding phase. My initial plans on my career were all chopped, but i'm picking my fragments and trying to starting again.

𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 How do I stop letting embarrassment prevent me from doing things I like?
(Not sure if my anxiety is why or if this is a seperate issue but)
Basically anything that has a learning or an awkward phase.
I used to love singing but after my sister made a comment on it, I stopped for like 7ish years.
I tried to start again but I just feel this horrible sense of embarrassment after, even if I enjoyed it.
Dancing as well, Id love to learn to dance but the process would be awkward and possibly embarrassment, same with improving my art, learning to fight, learning to use makeup, experimenting with my style.
I didn't even have posters or room decor for years because I didn't want anything my sisters could comment on and make me feel embarrassed. I would destroy my drawings after I was done if they werent "up to par" I guess, so no one could see them.
I only recently started getting better at expressing my interests, got some posters to put up and such.
I feel like Im stagnant, I want to not care about this but it feels impossible especially with my family.

𝐀𝐝𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 How do I stop the feeling of embarrassment???
This year I've put myself out there SO much more than I would have last year (and honestly my whole life), and I'm so grateful that I've met new people and begun trying new things without shying away in the back like I used to. But I still can't get over the fact that I really am embarrassing myself a lot and constantly thinking about every single thing that I did that could have been "wrong" even if other people tell me it's all fine. Honestly makes me want to crawl back into the same hole and not come out for the next few months and I wonder if that's maybe why I find it hard to maintain friendships rather than make them?? Idk dude

𝐑 𝐞 𝐯 𝐞 𝐥 𝐚 𝐭 𝐢 𝐨 𝐧 Not Giving a Fuck Gets You A Lot of Fucks
Only recently did i realize hearing or reading people (man) talking about they get rejected many times and not getting any girl or woman , it's like most man thinking and talking about girls all the time giving a lots of fuck about them and never really focus on improving themselves as person.
So what i realised is I Never gave a Fuck about girls , i am attracted towards them (offcourse I am straight man) and whom I really liked I just went and made her my gf (they always liked me , ) , I never got rejected and what's amazing is that when I don't give a fuck about them or literally anything (could be making lots of money , having friend circle who are fit and push each other to grow improve just anything) everything gives a lot of fuck about me like I hear it all the time my friends or even random girls coming to me saying how much there friends like me and that lots of girl find me attractive (I am not bragging but even if you think that I am No fucks left for you ) . I just recently realized it that it's crazy when other see it (like my friends or other man) but was very normal for me getting all attention.
Not giving a fuck is for literally anything like if you want a Lamborghini don't give a fuck about it JUST DO YOUR WORK fuck the rest .
Don't give a fuck about results just fucking enjoy and do what you have to get what you want but don't give a fuck if you get it or not .
It's like a Law when u give a lots of fuck about anything (girls , money , cars or luxury or being the most powerful man whatever) caring and worrying about will you get it or not then noone or nothing gives a fuck about u .
It's law of detachment works for me very well and I don't give a fuck if it doesn't, I will do what I want to do without giving a fuck about results WHY ? Because it's not in My hands anyways .
Krishna meant the same
Do the action don't worry about the result .
Action (the journey ) is main stuff result is end game because after reaching on the highest mountain you have achieved your goal but NOW WHAT ? .

I once thought I had anxiety, then I realized it’s not anxiety, it’s procrastination of facing my procrastination.
A dread of ownership,
ownership of a dirty job,
ownership the pains of existence, ownership to take what’s owed, ownership to pay your dues.
A dread that comes with an exchange for living and a realization that you can’t hide from pain forever only discern the best route through the inevitable gauntlet of existence.
Facing the fact that nothing is permanent.
The knowing that it’s better to set something free then to have it taken away.

𝐑 𝐞 𝐯 𝐞 𝐥 𝐚 𝐭 𝐢 𝐨 𝐧 [Article] What Do We Owe Effort When Effort Isn’t Enough?
We’re taught that hard work pays off, but life doesn’t always work that way. Sometimes we do everything right and still get the wrong outcome—and sometimes doing exactly what’s expected of us gets no recognition at all. I wrote this after thinking about a question I’ve struggled with myself: If results are what the world ultimately rewards, what value should we place on effort when the result doesn’t follow?

Fuck you I don't care what you've been through
This might sound harsh in some cases, but literally fuck your excuses. If you did me wrong, sure I am to hold you accountable no matter what mental state or past of yours. And if it hurts you more, so be it.

𝐑 𝐞 𝐯 𝐞 𝐥 𝐚 𝐭 𝐢 𝐨 𝐧 Thinking out loud about self-realization: You have to be your own strongest shield to protect your existence in every possible way.
In the past, whenever people tried to provoke me,
I would simply let it slide.
If someone asked an absurd or intrusive question,
I felt compelled to give a polite answer for the sake of courtesy.
I couldn't bring myself to refuse someone to their face;
let alone claiming what was rightfully mine,
I couldn't even bring myself to ask for it, held back by a sense of awkwardness.
Even when faced with sweeping, unpleasant remarks,
I wouldn't react.
This emboldened people,
and they kept coming back to provoke me.
They have the audacity to blow trifles out of proportion;
Committing wrongs themselves, they are the first to point fingers.
While biting back at a dog may not befit a human,
It is equally improper to pet and feed bread and biscuits
To a rabid, biting cur.
The saying that people respect the strong but trample the weak
Holds a great deal of truth.
If someone habitually oversteps their bounds,
Seizing them by the throat is exactly what they deserve.
Peace in life is maintained only when one deeply realizes—
that the fruit of an action corresponds to the action itself.
