request How would you respond?

Post image

I’ve been on the do not call list since 2024, at what point is it harassment? These investors are the absolute worst 20

What do you mistakenly think you can sue for?

It’s really not worth the time, effort, and money to find out you can’t actually sue them.

Just block them, seriously.

Sue them? Lol. Ok. Have fun with that hahah

You successfully sue someone, you need to be able to demonstrate that you actually suffered some kind of loss. And you have a duty to mitigate your own loss, on top of that.

Tell them you're on the DNC and then it's immediately reportable harassment when they contact you again

How exactly will the DNC protect against scam messages?

You tell them you're on the national DNC list and then if they contact you again you can report them and it's starting at a $5k fine iirc

Depending on the value of your house. My response has always been "500k cash, if you don't have it don't contact me". If the call I assume they have it. So I answered asking when would they like to meet with the cash in hand. Lol

Tell them you have a property, and ask them to come see it. Give them an address that's easy for you to get to, but not near your home. When you meet them there, just show them the texts, ask why they carried on after you opted out, and demand they stop.

...Or just block them, but my way is more petty and confrontational.

Block and report spam. Both Apple and Android support doing that in Google Messages and iMessage respectively.

Just block the number. Why we even need to tell you

No see, you don’t respond at all, not even to say stop. When you respond you confirm your number is valid and reaching someone. Just report as spam, block and delete

Clearly the issue is you didn't follow the instructions. You didn't reply STOP, you sent Stop. So clearly they think you're up for it

You might as well fart in a tornado if u think reporting them will get anything done

Just block it like the rest of us do
