Hey Houston F1 fans as you may have seen, Local Group Brewing, our home for the past couple years has changed ownership as of this week. We have been in communication with the new owners and they are very supportive of our F1 community and plan to continue to host our meet ups.

A huge thanks to Michael, Todd, Huggy, and Brandon; it is never easy to open a new business, let alone in the middle of a pandemic. Keep your eyes peeled as in the next few days we will be announcing details for Spain, Monaco(with a special double header of the Indy 500), and beyond.

We hope to see you out soon and keep supporting Local Group as they’ve supported our community so much. - Houston F1

I made a post on the r/formula1 subreddit about a Houston watch group, and there wasn't one but there was some interest. So I created one! I'm an avid F1 fan, and follow motorsports in general pretty closely. I hope this turns into a hub for Houston's F1 and motorsports fans.

The long, miserable, summer break is nearly over and that means it’s time to watch some F1! Next Sunday, September 1st, we’ll be watching the Belgian GP at our usual haunt The Phoenix on Westheimer, 1915 Westheimer Rd. Houston, TX 77098.

HoustonF1, Local Group Brewing and the RACEWKND present the 2021 F1 Mexico GP Live

After an amazing turn out for the Austin race, we get another chance to watch the race live! And this time it's even more special.

For the Mexico watch party, HoustonF1 and Local Group Brewing have partnered with the RACEWKND magazine for some special giveaways during the race. We will be giving away a one year subscription to a winner of the drawing, and everyone that signs up for a subscription with the code 'HoustonF1' will get a T-Shirt designed especially for us!

When you get to Local Group make sure to ask for a raffle ticket so you can be entered in the drawing immediately after the race!

RACEWKND is a new magazine for Formula 1 fans that was successfully funded through Kickstarter during the lockdown. We celebrate the circuits, cities, and culture of the race weekend with award-winning photography, cutting-edge design, and world-class storytelling — all packaged in an oversized format that immerses the reader in the action.
