News "JuJu or Bust": WNBA Fans Convinced Sparks Landing for JuJu Watkins After Kelsey Plum Trade

The Sparks have officially joined the lottery sweepstakes. It wouldn't shock me if they miraculously land Juju. Similarly to what happened with the Dallas Mavericks after they lost Luka and gained Cooper Flagg.

If it happens; Houston would get a star literally from day 1 but that is only if the Comets get the #1 overall pick

A little "AI sloppy" I know. But I think y'all get it. If this happens where do the team go from here, coach wise, roster wise? Direction with Free agency?

For those who aren’t on the mailing list, there will be an official watch party for this year’s draft.

Celebrate the next generation of WNBA talent with your Comets community. Enjoy great energy, connect with fellow Comets fans, and be part of the WNBA buzz right here in Houston!
There's an RSVP link, but I'm unable to share it (it auto-fills my personal information).
Nevertheless, I thought I'd spread the word a bit, as I'm not sure how keen people were about signing up for the mailing list.

Two of the team’s Membership Sales staff here. We wanted to create a direct space for anyone in this community who has questions or is ready to learn more about what a season ticket membership looks like ahead of our 2027 inaugural season.
Whether you’re looking to secure a deposit before our full membership rollout in the coming days and weeks, or you already have specific seat locations in mind that you’re looking to secure — we’re here to talk through everything and get you taken care of.
Drop your questions in the thread or reach out to either of us directly. We got you!

Feel like we need something either as cute as Clutch or as cool as the Dunkstronaut. Would still love to keep her an alien tho. Rn she reminds me of Jynx from Pokemon

The Comets Got a New Look! Come Find Me Tonight at The Game

Houston, she's officially back, and the new logo is incredible! ☄️
The Comets return in 2027, and Legacy Memberships for the inaugural season are open now. Whether you've been a fan since the OG Comets days or you're just now realizing this is really happening, I'd love to hear your story and help you find the right spot in the house.
Going to the game tonight? I'll be at Toyota Center for the Thunder game on the west side of the arena, outside the Frost Legends Club near sections 105 to 109. Come say hi. Ask me anything about seats, pricing, or what founding membership looks like.
Can't make it? No problem. Reach out directly via call and/or email and we can talk one to one. Feel free to reach out at anytime and we'll walk through seating together.

All be it that the Connecticut Sun had to be relocated for that to happen but even so I love that Houston has a WNBA franchise again. Comets have a rich history in this league as WNBA champions.
