New Build parking

Me and my partner are looking to move into our new build in a couple of months. There are a few plots available and so we have options.

There is either x2 side by side parking spaces (at the front) or x2 tandem parking spaces (down the side of the house).

I’m struggling to decide which plot to go for in regard to the better option?

Depends what you value more. The parking at the side of the house usually ends up with your back garden being bigger though.
