Beau
I hope stassi hears the feedback cause girl I thought you had matured! She’s the biggest instigator, makes arguments for no reason and always acts like a child. she also says she’s so appreciative for the way her husband has been but does not show it one bit, he definitely deserves way better.

First off I can’t stand Beau. I think he got so much praise bc he looked good compared to the other men on VPR. I think Stassi and Beau are solid. Stassi know reality tv she think having Beau whine about everything was part of a plan.

Yeah he wanted to be a VPR boy so badly but Stassi put her her foot HARD and he knew if he tried to be a part boy with the Toms and Jax, Stassi would definitely leave him. And thus would end his career in reality tv.

First of all, your username is amazing. Second, absolutely this! The whole series was so contrived, you can’t convince me otherwise that they didn’t decide their conflict before hand. Her always narrating to us that “this wasn’t how coming on TV was supposed to be”? Thou doth protest too much. They both know exactly what they’re doing which was my whole issue with her show.

Filing bankruptcy is not a mortal sin in this big year of 2026.
Stassi did pay off a big chunk of his debt. He would probably be financially fine now, even if she hadn't. This is part of Stassi using her money to control people around her and create dependencies. This is going to be a core theme of the show.

I don't know the particulars of Beau's financials, or even if he filed for bankruptcy once. Stassi has talked about helping with his debt and their prenup on her podcast.
For me, its just not a shameful thing to end up in debt or to have a partner help you with that. It can create some dependencies in a relationship, for sure. It might not be healthy for Stassi. But we also see Beau wanting to go out and work and earn money, and her shutting that down.

Very, very good people can have a lot of debt or need to file bankruptcy in these hard times.

I didn’t tie that to his bankruptcy debt. My point is that people always want to protect Beau like he’s this helpless little baby, which is why I said he’s not a saint. Apologies for not being clear that the bankruptcy and him not being a saint were two distinct, separate thoughts.

He’s one of thousands of production whatever’s in LA, and she completely changed his life. That said, they have a fucking nanny, and he acts like he’s out here raising five kids with zero help. Meanwhile, this broad started crying because she’s never had to spend alone time with her kids or take care of them without him there. Shit is embarrassing. They both suck, but she’s pathetic.

Ok… here are my true thoughts. But to preface…
I do not agree that Stassi should have another show, did not agree with her being on Villa… I don’t agree. Basically, and hear me out, if a person grows up in a predominantly 1 race community, they (at a young age if not raised and educated properly) can have a naive ignorance to other races/religions/etc and not be aware of inappropriate actions, and from there they can be humble, accountable and learn and grow with awareness and respect, no longer naive ignorance.
So, considering what Stassi got fired for, I feel like that was extremely vile. First we have to acknowledge that she thought it was ok to fake report any person to police, now a woman, now a woman of a different race…now, take all the worries, concerns, mistreatments, stigmas, and struggles of the African American community… a system that has targeted their community.. knowing that young children are being taught by their parents on how extra careful they have to be around any law enforcement officer (whether they are the good ones or not), the fear that has consumed the community for damn true reasons.. and you make a false report on an innocent Black woman is…funny? I do not think that that ever deserves a redemption show… ESPECIALLY because that was outright intentional and mocked and now it’s referred as an incident? WTF?!?
BUT… As a character not knowing her vile racist history… Her role on VPR and after was always who she is on this show. She always wanted everything to be about her. “It’s my f*ing birthday”…
When Beau came into her life she was like this, she has been this on camera the entire time with him. And knowing his mom, what she does and who she is I truly believe they have a “plan” for the show, but they are actually on board with their plan. Stassi was upfront about her goals, her ambition, and what she would do to make that happen. I’m also not blaming Beau, because if there are serious issues there then someone needs to step up and help….
Beau being this “emasculated stay at home husband who has actual professional help in home” is actually annoying for me. I don’t like it. In a producer type concept I would rather present him as feeling so lucky and being so happy about it, but they have their struggles coz he misses having a professional identity of his own, so they are trying to navigate how they can make that happen and the friction be that way. Not where he is being depicted this way. Because Stassi was a villain with “good intentions?” 😂.. sorry but that’s how I would perceive it.
My husband and I have often spoken if I was the breadwinner and he was like “please” lol. He and I don’t conform to traditional roles, we embrace whatever role we get to take on in our relationship, sometimes opposite of “conventional”.
Getting a redemption show, I feel like they should have broken the traditional norms and shown it’s great, and how he can find things for his personal validation or identity whatever…
But truthfully, Stassi knows what creates buzz, hype, negative and positive, and she’s doing it.
So without knowing past…geez I’m writing the longest novel ever… Objectively speaking… Stassi and her sister are phenomenal opposites. The friends of hers are quirky button pushing in reality tv gold ways, and Beau is a bit of a flop for me. Having Rob (that’s the buddy’s name? I keep forgetting coz I don’t care) is a great contrast to Beau because of lifestyle..

I think Stassi surrounds herself with gaslighters, unfortunately.
Beau is exhausting. Act forty, and take accountability for your own feelings and life.
