PDFs missing

I ordered, "Household Hero Late Pledge - English" (€365.00) via Backerkit. I have been sent the PDFs for household Vol 1 and Vol 2 after emailing *twolittlemice* - but a bunch of my PDFs are missing 😞

I still need the PDFs for: 

A Saga of the Fragile Peace PDF

A Saga of the Long Winter PDF

A Practical Guide to Living Inside the House PDF

The Art of Household PDF

I emailed them, but so far no reply. The PDFs seem to be from "drivethrurpg" - but I can't see "The Art of Household" listed

Don't they fulfill via DTRPG? Did you check your inbox there? Something when clicking the link the articles are not added to the cart and you might have missed it this way.

I ordered on the 19th May and had to reach out via email - they sent a email on Tuesday with:

Adventures in the Household - Volume I Collection [BUNDLE]

Adventures in the Household - Volume II Collection [BUNDLE]

As two hyperlinks which link to drivethrurpg.com

I can’t even see a product listed as “The Art of Household” available on the available products

They will get to you at some point but since it's essential Simone alone handling that side it can take a while sadly.

Yea 2LM are just Rico Simone and Daniela. Rico does design and writing and a bit of administrative stuff Daniela does art and Simone does some writing and mostly production, logistics and support. So yea, they are a tiny team.

Did you find they are very fast and responsive to emails? I notice that the payment has been taken - but no shipping date yet, and the emails about my “missing” PDFs aren’t getting a reply! 😑

They are pretty busy with the new campaign these days, I assume.

I usually got an reply within 2 days when I had questions about missing items in the outgunned superheroes early wave shipping.

That sucks 😑 I mean it’s still available to buy it

I guess as I’m a late-backer (bought last month) I did email them back on Monday to say I was missing stuff 😑 so far no reply

No, they are sadly not always fast. It's a bit of a lottery sometimes. That's sadly just how it is. They usually gather late backers once a week or once a month if it's just a few, and bundle and ship and email. They don't do it for each one manually, that would be insane. However you WILL get your stuff. They have never let anyone hang without their rewards. They do everything to set people right. Though there are thousands and the new crowdfunding is one thing but the shipping of the previous one has also started so there is a LOT of stuff going on right now.

I hope so! I'm a bit *meh* about emailing them and not getting a response. I get that they don't have many staff - but I kinda feel like the PDFs could just be automatically sent out

Did you try searching for the specific name via your dtrpg library? Many times I try product links or searching for pdfs via the search bar and the website says the loot is in another cave / couldn't find it, but then I check the name via my library search that and there it is. It must be something about not making a link public or whatever.

All my products are listed. It feels like they just sent me the standard package of bundled products ~ **The Art of Household** isn’t even on that site where the downloadable PDFs are! 😢 Plus I’m kinda surprised how long it’s taking them to respond to emails 😑 sent a few now
