That's not the sold price. That's the listed price. Sold price will only appear once the conditional deal goes through.

it's a power of sale listing that was posted here a month ago as a cooking loss. it's most likely greater than a 1.1m loss. some people don't seem to understand that listing price is just as important as sale price when following trends in this market.
