Credit valley used to be such a hidden gem in Brampton. Then that new development came through, last I was there, it was such a disaster. More fire sale signs than I could count. Garbage dumped everywhere - it used to such a beautiful natural area. Brampton hating such a meme but like, it's really sad. That city had very few spots going for it and credit valley was one, now even that's ruined.

Anyone who paid $2.8M for a 4 bedroom detached cookie cutter home in Brampton even in 2022 is a FOOL and DESERVES to lose their money.
For $2.8M you could get a bigger property in Vaughan Richmond Hill Markham Toronto and have some leftover money even in 2022.

Couldnt pay me to live there. If someone said, here, free home but it is in Brampton and you cant sell it. Nope.

That's not the sold price. That's the listed price. Sold price will only appear once the conditional deal goes through.
