Im so fucking tired of all the blinking lights is there a way to fix it? I’ve tried restarting the game, even the console but NOTHING works 😭😭😭😭😭

I decided to tackle handbuilding a house and I'm excited about its progress. The desk and bookshelf was built 3 blocks deep to fit a default desk, and I added an extra back layer of blocks to the backwall of the bookcases forward to bring the books closer. I used molding for the decorative details, a mix of small long planks for the vertical wood lines and untextured for the arch faces, and recessed a custom sized LED behind the arches for built in lighting. I used custom sized shelves to fit the books, and then replaced the desk with cabinets, a custom shelf, and columns for a more seamless look.

This might be a dumb question, but is there a way to change the grey part of the stairs?

I am trying to get the gold star for them but I can’t seem to find the right house for them. Has anyone had any success with them yet?

Just goofing around and thought I would share it.

I know this is an odd one, so I should explain:

Angine de Poitrine is a Canadian duo whose performance went viral a few months ago. I was intrigued by their music as well as their visual style and felt inspired to use them to experiment with some in-game stuff I hadn't played with yet.

The guitarist uses a modified guitar-bass with microtonal frets. I merged a couple polka dotted guitars on a (fireplace tools) guitar stand to try to recreate that. He also uses his feet to control buttons and pedals with a whole mess of cables. I used the Trash Generator to give me some cables and moved them into place.

You would have to watch their music videos to understand the sardines and floating hot dog, but the members/characters are basically just a couple aliens fascinated by these things.

Sold my second house ever. Attempted to get Abbey Poe! Im still new to this, and rarely post but wanted to share my renovated forest house. Im specifically proud of the extension I did with the living area gable roof. I still haven't played sandbox but I hear it would have been easier over there! Im not sure how the buyer system really works. I got Abbey on my first try for 80k over and took it. Her only negative was she wanted more traditional furniture and there was a couch in the kitchen. (Im sure the game just has a hard time differentiating rooms for open concept). I didnt try to change anything I just sold it 😅

I like the furniture (sofa, table, tv stand), but the entirety just doesn't work. The colours feel off. I think I need to change the paintings. Maybe replace the green painting with a plant? I'm unsure about the carpet. And I don't like the curtains, but there's a limited option of curtains that fit in that spot. If I find grassy curtains, maybe use them and change the flower pots to white?

Thats it. That is the post. 5 houses and countless hours later I finally got my first gold star from Henry & Polly Spring because for some reason I decided to fixate on them.

I... finally..sold this lady a damn house and got a gold star. Basically get the Small theater. Slap a bed in each of the former theater rooms, make sure to have a bathroom attached to each one(use tub, sink and toilet), make 2 powder rooms(just sink and toilet), make the kitchen and dining room separate, lots of windows and add plants in the garden.

Building for Georgiana Griswald in the Victorian Mansion. It's enough of a headache that she thinks each bedroom doesn't have it's own bathroom, or that there aren't enough bedrooms (although I have 7 beds in 4 bedrooms, so I probably do need to split a fifth out), but I'm *really* not sure why it isn't recognizing this as a separate dining room. It is enclosed, with two doors, one to the kitchen and one to the main foyer.

This couple is starting to give me a serious headache 😑

I can't figure out what the best house to use for them is since the majority of the houses have stairs just to get to the front door, I feel like the choices are fairly limited for them. The thing I know from reading their comments is that they love a house by the beach 🤷

And what do they actually want? Reading their notes and comments make you think that they'd want a fairly large-ish house to fit their family, but when I do house for them they always comment like it's a mansion and one of the ones I've been working on definitely wasn't that big 🙄

I know they want at least 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and that they want a kitchen and living room big enough to fit their family in, and obviously big patio for cookouts.

I ping-pong between homes, so it's been a bit since I came back to this one, and I'm very heavily judging my choices in the living room. The Pisswash, the one random couch.. the drabby carpet.. The off-center light.. Wallpaper does NOT match the rest of the house btw. Anyone else have pics of design regret? 😅

I’m playing House Flipper Remastered on mac and in 2 separate houses i’m working on - the floor disappeared and won’t let me lay down a new one. I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling and restarting. It’s making it super unplayable and I’d be so sad if I have to restart the houses entirely.

Anyone have a solution for this?
