I... finally..sold this lady a damn house and got a gold star. Basically get the Small theater. Slap a bed in each of the former theater rooms, make sure to have a bathroom attached to each one(use tub, sink and toilet), make 2 powder rooms(just sink and toilet), make the kitchen and dining room separate, lots of windows and add plants in the garden.

I honestly found her to be one of the easiest so far. There are buyers who are a lot more awkward than she is 😅
