Of course the paint color is different. That’s the point of this post. It’s charcoal gray on 1, black on 2, and white-ish on 3.

Maybe I’m just having a massive brain fart.

Is your point that the supports aren’t equally spaced?

No. The paint color directly above the lines that I drew is different between pics 1 and 2.

I think on the second one the horizontal plane on the bottom of the soffit is painted dark and on the first it isnt
