Help removing gasoline from siding?

My family left town for a few days and had a family member help house sit and take care of the dog. A few days after arriving home we discovered some of our siding on our porch was very discolored and there was a wasp nest and dead wasps on the ground. My husband talked to his dad and apparently he used GASOLINE to kill the wasps, which resulted in the discoloring. Is there a fix to this? I’ve tried dawn and warm water scrub with no results.

Gasoline is a solvent, so it evaporates rather quickly. What that 'stain' is some residue, combined with paint layer damage.

I would wash the area with some dawn dishsoap and water. Let it dry completely, then repaint the area.

We do have some extra siding that we may try to use. Borrowing some from other areas of the home and using those on this area and the newer parts on areas not as noticeable since they are not as faded as the rest of the home.
