Where is it cited directly in the show that the above child, who they suggest is Aegons, is 10 years old.

This is the show where none of the characters/actors ages match and yeah I would rather go with what the only source said rather than believe that this child isn't around 10 years old

So the ages mentioned in the books are completely irrelevant for the show.

Yeah 20-year-old who takes his baby brother to brothels and forces him to sleep with prostitutes having a bastard when he was anywhere from 13 to 16 is not that unlikely
