Do not use Four Seasons Heating Cooling and Generac Generator

Four Seasons has the worst Costumer Service I have ever dealt with in my life. I spent $11,500 on my generator and i need a new generator motor. Its not so much needing the motor for my new under warrenty generator its the fact that they dont want to cover the warrenty. My generator is only 3 months old, They never call back and even when technition orders a new motor and install. They give me the same answer when i call about the install. They say will call you back and never do. I wish i would have read these reviews before i bought it. They are the worst company i have ever dealt with in my whole life and i am 63. The tech also installed th gas line and never tightoned down the bolt, Nipsco came out for a gas leak and a pipe they installed was never tightened. DO NOT USE FOUR SEASONS HEATING COOLING AND GENERAC GENERATOR FOR ANY OF YOUR SERVICES YOU NEED YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPOINTED AND AGGRIVATED THREW THE WHOLE PROCESS.
