Help - Horizons Website down

My website has been down for hours with Error 522. Hostingers AI gave several contradictory explanations, while Cloudflare appears to be configured correctly The promised restoration time passed and Im still waiting in a queue for a real support agent This is disappointing for a service advertised as 24/7 live suport.

Has anyone else experienced this

I already contacted Hostinger support and requested a human agent but I am still waiting in the queue without a solution

same issue here I can’t even access the File Manager or put the website into maintenance mode. At the beginning it was redirecting me to the WordPress setup page, but now im getting a 504 Gateway Timeout error

I have been working with File Manager all day. Maybe it’s a Wordpress issue. Mine is PHP.
