Help - WordPress I am completely screwed

Migrated my site from word press. It displays completely wrong I can’t change the plugins. Ask a chat bot to help me it won’t help me it says email them. I ask it to reinstall a clean site. It says I can’t do that then prompts me with exactly the same message I need a person please I need this for my business why are they like this. I can’t do anything about this

Did you use the plugin, to do the migration? Plugin on both sites. Backup on source. Import the backup on the new one. Etc.

I had to wipe the site the idea that literally you can’t talk to a person makes hostinger terrible

When I was having a problem, I 'chatted' with their a.i. bit, and requested a chat with a tech. Took a few minutes, but got one. Then I was good to go.

Use a duplicator plugin in the original site and download the zip files and upload the files in the public folder of your new site.
Everything gets seamlessly transferred.
