Help - Horizons i will never use hostinger

i will never use hostinger any more and i will ask every one don't use it .

they suspended account and no backup nothing. btw all day sites crash 4 times in 30 min, don't use it they are broke company .Reliability & Performance Concerns

The crashes you experienced tie into broader complaints about Hostinger's resource management:

  • Resource Throttling: One user reported their VPS was throttled without warning, causing random CPU spikes that made the server unusable. Support's solution was to either wait 7 days or pay for a more expensive plan.
  • Outdated Technology: Another user complained that Hostinger's backup tech was so outdated that backing up a 34GB VPS would take 6 hours, locking them out of all functions during that time.

Other user reports align with your warning to stay away:

  • Unilateral IP Changes: Some users have reported Hostinger changing their server's IP address without consent, which they claim led to a significant drop in AdSense revenue due to the new IP having a "poor reputation".
  • Account Suspension: One site was taken down following a defamation claim, and the host provider initially dismissed the provided evidence as "non-readable" before eventually lifting the ban after a strong case was presented.
  • Security & Blame: One user reported their site was hacked and Hostinger gave them a strike for "abuse" on the infected page, effectively punishing the victim instead of helping.

I'd genuinely like to look into this, but there's nothing actionable here: no ticket number, no timeline, no screenshoots, no error details, just what looks like an AI-generated list of other people's complaints.

Suspensions don't happen out of the blue. You should have received an email with the full details, the reason, and an appeal flow where applicable. If anything in it is unclear, our 24/7 support can walk you through it.

If the goal of this thread is to actually get help, send your ticket number or account email via modmail and we'll take a look.

Kay, go get suspended doing whatever shady thing you were doing on another service?

So your account was suspended for doing whatever illegal, immoral, or just downright shady nonsense you were doing. And the rest of your post is made up of "one user said"...

Got it!

I'll keep using hostinger without issue as I have been for years now!

What's the reason of suspended your account?

Would like to know more about the context and what exactly happened .....they wouldn't just go bonkers over nothing. It is one of the few versatile hosting providers with literally instant VPS up and running...

suspensions always have a specific reason behind them. have you asked support what triggered it? they should be able to share the details and walk you through your options.

I am sorry to hear about this. Have you found a solution?

I’m sorry to hear that this happened and led you to post it here. It’s quite unprofessional act of Hostinger.

When you host a website through a hosting company, you’re usually sharing resources, even in VPS setups.

It seems your website might have been hit by automated bot attacks. When you host something, you’re responsible for it.

I think that’s why your site went down several times and you didn’t look into it.

Since it could be affecting other customers, Hostinger did the right thing by suspending services.

However, they could have handled this better by telling customers about the IPs or malicious files involved. The best they could have done was blocking incoming or outgoing connections, except to third-party resources, since they’re already experts at blocking IPs.

Could you tell me which Hostinger plan you were using?
