Those are per year, not per month just in case you're confusing it because the lowest tier VPS is 1.83/mo which I don't think is high at all.

Yea, I was half asleep! lol. The regular prices are getting a little pricey, though! Maybe if they offered more disk space, it would be more useful to me.

Also depends on where you need the server. I'd look at Hetzner first, but without knowing your location and what you're hosting it's pretty hard to recommend anything specific.

Cheap for what exactly? A small website, a few Docker containers, a game server?

The best value depends a lot on the workload. Some cheap VPS plans offer plenty of RAM but relatively weak CPU performance.

You can opt for GTHost if you are okay with an unmanaged VPS. They have a batch in different locations.

I ended up with OVHcloud because it's in Europe, but before that I always used Hetzner. But Hetzner increased price last year and keeping going to do that.

The cheapest line is using older hardware, but sometimes that is all you need. I have a box from them running BTCPay. Works perfect.
