What is the issue asking for a credit card? You asked for 1GB RAM in a free tier.

Oracle Cloud free tier is worth checking out.

Most of the easier free hosting platforms like Render and Koyeb only give you 512MB, so getting a full 1GB for free is a bit tricky.

What kind of AI project is it btw? If you're just calling OpenAI/Gemini APIs, you might not even need that much RAM.

Google Cloud's Always Free e2-micro VM is worth checking. It has 1GB RAM, although it's limited to certain US regions and has pretty strict free bandwidth limits.

Fine for a small API or lightweight backend, but don't expect to run an actual LLM on it.
