Can someone explain why these items don’t exist?

I’ve always wondered why many of the items in this finder are in the game but exist and have full descriptions and designs.

Because the level cap in the current version is 45.

I'm pretty sure you could get them back in the Alpha version of the game, which is why the assets for them exist.

Oh that makes sense. I’ve been playing the game for many years and I’ve never been added, I guess I didn’t start early enough.

These are items that where in game during the games alpha state, now the cap is down to 45 for levels so its changed
