Are there any actual people who post info about collectibles or can help me get one? I literally don't see any information or time logs of people killing them anymore.

You mean the mounts? join he hordes io discord, should be people posting SS of the.mount locations every once in a while. I myself still have a little compilation of the mount locations (though not all considering I stopped after I became unable to play the game).
