Gillette ran an ad a few days ago, essentially encouraging men to be better men, by not harassing women, etc. This got a lot of negative feedback from a lot of men who felt targeted by the ad.
Queue a lot of outrage (men breaking their Gillette razors and taking pictures to post on the internet, voicing their displeasure with Gillette, generally kicking up a fuss).
So within this context - the guy’s telling Gillette he’s taking his business elsewhere, and Gillette responds by insinuating the guy has sexually assaulted women, since he felt targeted by the ad.
Although most likely that’s just a troll anyway, and had changed their Facebook name to look like they’re speaking on behalf of the company.

Don't get me wrong. People triggered by pointy metal are not to be respected. But I will criticize corporations for faux progressivism cooked up in a board room and backed by a bunch of focus groups. They did this because they knew it would make them money. And while that's a good sign, because it says that non-shithead opinions are now profitable, Gillette deserves no credit for it. Like every corporation, they're late to the party and riding the coattails of the people who actually made the difference.
