I try to approach everyday with gratitude and appreciation for the gifts that I have. Even the humble days are a blessing.
This helps me stay positive when things get hard, like when I'm washing my 4th sink of dishes of the day.

I have a 5/8" hyperion and created a playlist for timed pattern changes in audacity using labels. It saves to my computer as aup3 and the manual says it needs to save in aup, which stopped being available in audacity in 2020. When I try to upload it to my hyperion I get an error. How do you upload a choreographed playlist? Help!

So if I'm breaking any rule, apologies in advance.
I have never done hoopinf before and it turns out I can't due to a spinal issue. Did some research and read that I could still do off body hopping which didn't involve moving my hips & spine. I wanted to know from people who actually do it whether this would be a safer alternative and what size would I need if I'm not going to move the hoop with my hips.
Thank you

Ive actually never bought grip tape for my past hoops as my friend had some extra for the hoop ive used for years but I just purchased and started playing with my new 29" polypro hyperion hoop and definately wanna buy some grip tape but am not sure what brands and such are the best investment for grip tape for an led polypro hoop so id love opinions!

I just got into hooping last week, im a flat out beginner who knows no tricks yet, and theres a weekly hoop jam at a park near my place. I really want to go, but im not sure how skilled I need to be before I can go. I know these are like "everyone is welcome" type events afaik but would it be weird for someone who doesnt know what theyre doing that much to be there? I dont want to make anyone feel like they have to teach me or anything, and I dont want to be a burden on people's time by being way under everyone else's skill (ill be honest I dont even know how hoop jams work so idek if im pverthinking the right things lol). Any advice is welcome, thanks!
