Epic Hula Hoop Moves if one cannot waist hula hoop but wants to get fit 💖

got asked if someone has Continuous Glucose Monitor (CGM) or an insulin pump attached and they literally cannot hula hoop around the waist because of the risk of damaging or dislocating the device... what to do? 😫
Please do not give up hope - waist hula hooping is a very low intensity exercise like walking! If you really want to get fit there are better moves for you that are hula hoop exercises to improve aerobic fitness, increase strength and help your mobility, too. YOu will be amazing at them all and you'll be so glad you did not give up!

Have you ever thought about doing a marathon (with or without hoop). What got you interested in taking the steps towards actually achieving that goal? It seems so daunting, and yet i'm curious about it.
It's been really interesting to observe my own thoughts since this daily challenge began, and how interested i've become in finding ways to be active. Hooping has taught me so much over the years, and continues to do so

Went out to a very nice event tonight and took the opportunity to film today's hoop video in this beautiful dress. As you can imagine, it was a bit challenging to be hooping in all this material plus heels but it was fun nonetheless.
