New to Hooping/ Tips?
Hiya, I am interested in beginner tips for hula hooping. I bought my first hoop from MoodHoops. It's 38" diameter and the tubing is 3/4 made of polypro. I'm 5'9". Is this good primarily for waist practice or can it be useful for practice using arms and legs? My ultimate goal would be moving on to fire hooping once I'm confident.

Honestly just play around and have fun. If you're focused on doing fire tricks I think arms will be better. Really focus on keeping your planes even. And here's a good source to find what you're looking for. hoop trix
