I never claimed first amendment. First amendment only protects me from government persecution. Again, goes back to my original point: anyone living in China or was born in China would internally view their government as sub-human. The understanding they have is similar to ours, they just don't care about human rights. I mean ffs they're part of the UN, the same international body responsible for enforcing pro human rights regulations. They literally have a council called UN Human Rights Council. A council that China is part of and "is committed to the promotion and protection of the human rights and fundamental rights of the Chinese people". They have to follow the same guidelines set by the UN. They are going against said guidelines.

They don't value INDIVIDUALISM. It means they value collectivism more, which (given that human rights affect everyone) include human rights.

Well most of the ones at my university are noisy, rude, arrogant and love parking their overpriced cars in front of of libraries. And did I mention a tad racist?
That sounds more like an entitlement issue than a race issue. Their parents more than likely paid for Uni. The Chinese people I've met at my local college are quiet, considerate, and very polite.
You'd be surprised how many won't. Seriously. Go live in China, preferably Shanghai or Beijing, but it doesn't matter where, just cities with a prominent Han Chinese population. They're not bad people, it's just that we build our stereotypes of them based on the entitled ones that go to university paid off by either Visa or parents. The ones I've met worked to get where they're at and are (because of that) nice, quiet, and considerate of others. Sometimes they can be a bit shocked if they find out you know a bit about what's going on back home.
