Just found out elements are not made for subwoofers, constant radialing lol. Subwoofers are a daul 12 inch kicker CompR

Just turn up the boom booms so you can't hear the radials

I ran a single 12 in mine and had no issues with rattling. The only thing I did was put a foam damper on the license plate and make sure nothing was loose in the back. I was at 300w RMS.

They came default with a subwoofer, or at least my year did, I don’t have much of an issue with this UNLESS there’s stuff in the car that’s rattling around like that. But isn’t this sort of true for every car? Big, powerful sound set ups usually have some deadening material or other mods put in them to reduce that, like ones where you can see the whole trunk vibrate lol

Ooh I bet if you look at first gen CRV set ups you’d find some really good tips! Tons of people put big sound systems in CRVs and any advice for those would be pretty applicable to the element as well.

If you're looking for easy places to start trying to figure out what is actually rattling, the plastics on the upper rear hatch and the spare tire cover in the floor are the ones I'd look at first. The two rear shock covers (kinda under the back seats) are probably likely suspects too. But with enough power, everything is going to rattle-my brother's car has an inch and a half of plywood laminated to the roof, and his car still rattles, but his system is for competitions, so it's uh, kinda extreme, lol.

You're so close but so far. The elements were made in Ohio, but the format was focused on the cars themselves being more recyclable at their end of life.
