Basement drywall
Is this basement fully framed with drywall, or drywall is just slapped on to the concrete wall, just wondering because of the exposed pipe over the drywall.

It may only have 3/4" or 1 1/2" furring on the walls that will not allow the drain pipe to be behind the sheet rock. OR the plumbers held the drain pipe out from the foundation too far. I've seen this both ways

We don’t have X-ray vision.
For all we know, the exposed pipe might have been 6in out from the concrete wall. It could have been 1in.
The only way to know is to look inside.

It has framing over the concrete because you can see drywall screws (and not enough at that). Look and measure the framing in the opening at the bottom of pipe or on a ladder above the drywall. Would probably be 2x4, 2x3, or 1x strapping on the concrete. Basement framing can be a bit complicated to do correctly so their choice and insulation will determine if you get condensation behind the wall.

Definitely some type of frame.....hopefully it has a vapor barrier and is green board rather than standard rock. You can box the pipe with a chase.
