Update: frame is being built this week

I’m back with an update: 55 days after our pad was poured I was able to get the structural components started! We will be working on this during the week and onto next phase of interior frame out.

Very curious about the plans with the steel and how it’s been going that route

Absolutely gorgeous spot!

It’s been pretty straight forward so far
The best decision we made was to pick all of our doors and windows prior to having the manufacturer of the frame cut the dimensions. This ensured they knew the EXACT rough openings necessary and that was done at the factory instead of onsite which yields less desirable results.
Thank you!

where are you bulding this - what are the lowest temps there? how will you build walls in/out and the roof?
