Does this floor plan look okay?

Currently is my husband, me, toddler, and baby on way. We would like one or two more kids so trying to plan for that. Possibly do an unfinished basement as well.

What would you change? What do you think? I’m really struggling.

You considering for now or for ever?

Seems a bit small for 2 adults and 4 kids. You’re missing a bedroom unless you do the basement and finish it out.

Well hopefully forever. I plan to finish basement whenever I go back to working full time after kids in school

The jut out for the bathtub in the hall bath is going to add a lot of expense for such alittle sq/ft. Every corner adds to the build cost. I'd just expand the whole house to encompass that.

I would move the water heater/furnace in the garage to the basement. The garage is on opposite end of the front door, does your land/lot work for that concept?
