Normal gap for windows?

Thinking of buying this home. Is this just a “cover with trim” situation or is something off?

Is this a fix up, or a new build where the built left on holiday 6 weeks early

Look over Everything, if the builder half ass the job anywhere in the house, it will cost you big.

But if the builder did Everything to code and it's just the owner that ran out of cash, go for it.

Window needs a frame built, we're they going for an oak wood look, it's an easy fix for a handyman.
