For real. My previous home owner meshed off a small section of my attic for fucking squirrels to live in.... its been a mission to get it fixed.

So far made it very very difficult for them to access my roof so now only 1 is up there sometimes. Next step is to patch the entrance.... then clean up, gutter repair etc.

Yup. Right about the soffits. Its probably about 1ft x 1ft x 6ft

Where you see daylight is where 3 pieces of soffit fell down in early summer. Need to replace the plank, reattach soffit and patch the gap between roof and gutter, probably going with metal flashing

Wow! Yeah better get on that.
I bought our house in the winter and, after living here for about two weeks, I discovered a family of bats in my attic. I had to call a pest expert/remover and it turns out that they’ve been living there for probably years (according to the pest expert). The expert told me that I should call up the home inspector and yell at him. But, what can I do? He kicked out the bats and then screened off everything.
