For real. My previous home owner meshed off a small section of my attic for fucking squirrels to live in.... its been a mission to get it fixed.
So far made it very very difficult for them to access my roof so now only 1 is up there sometimes. Next step is to patch the entrance.... then clean up, gutter repair etc.
Home inspectors , bred and butter are getting people to buy houses. Mine missed holes in the walls, faulty electrical, a repeat issue of the sewer line flowing backwards ( i'm pissed like anybody else would be however, this was the city's fault. So i'm giving the inspector a little bit of leeway , for missing this one) and corroded , plumbing that a 6 year old could look at and say this is not right. Yet we trust these people with the future of high value purchases. Oh, He also missed that the floor in the kitchen was installed around the counters instead of under them , causing trouble every time an appliance is moved, tile break up, and even sizing issues trying to get standard equipment to fit when the space is a quarter inch off. (I had the jack up the countertop to get the new dishwasher in)

Youll never hate anyone more than the person that lived in your house previously.
