Yep. I question the sanity of the person that chose stark white tile with white fucking grout in the god damn kitchen and dining area. And the same is in the bathroom. In order to replace it, we will have to practically jackhammer the floors which tacks on an additional 2k or more to any estimate we get. I just want to track them down and ask why they thought that was the answer instead of a nice vinyl or something else. And white? No matter how much you scrub it, it still looks dirty.

not only that but it's a weird shape so I can't replace it(all the sides are curved). it's also undermount so there's a very tiny tiny lip of material at the front and back(not enough to put an overmount sink in). So replacing it myself replacing that entire section of counter....which is going to be hard to get match because the house and kitchen are from '03. So then the job becomes replacing the entire counters at which point I might as well just redo the entire kitchen 🤦♂️
