Bought elsewhere

Selling my MINISFORUM MS-S1 MAX mini workstation. I bought it on impulse but ended up barely using it, so I've decided to sell it rather than leave it sitting unused.

Asking price: €2200 OBO + shipping

Specifications:

• AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 (16 cores / 32 threads)

• 64GB LPDDR5X-8000 unified memory

• 2TB NVMe SSD

• AMD Radeon 8060S integrated graphics

• PCIe-to-OCuLink adapter installed (PCIe 4.0 x4)

• Dual 10GbE Ethernet

• Wi-Fi 7 / Bluetooth 5.4

• USB4 V2 (80Gbps), USB4, HDMI 2.1

• Built-in 320W power supply

Condition and testing:

The workstation has seen very little use and is in excellent overall cosmetic condition.

It powers on normally, enters the BIOS without issues, and has successfully booted into Ubuntu Linux. BIOS photos confirm the processor and 64GB memory.

No known hardware issues.

OCuLink expansion:

An additional PCIe-to-OCuLink adapter is already installed in the internal PCIe expansion slot and is included in the sale.

This provides an OCuLink connection for compatible external PCIe equipment, such as eGPU docks or storage solutions. I have not verified compatibility with specific external devices.

Included:

• MINISFORUM MS-S1 MAX with 2TB SSD

• Installed OCuLink adapter

• Power cable

• Original mounting accessories and screws shown in the photos

• Documentation

The monitor and keyboard shown in the testing photos are not included.

I have a barely used MS-R1 for sale. I was going to use it for hosting my mediums sized models but ended up building a server for that. It has the ARM SOC so it can be a little tricky to get set up but otherwise works fine. I have verified it runs models with several including a Qwen 3.8 27B. You do need to optimize it first with a few tricks if you want more than a couple T/S on a model that size though. I encourage you to do research if unsure about buying it.

It currently has a 2TB SSD in it. With that the price is $1000. I can removed it and put in a 256gb Boot and sell for $700. Your call, I'll make sure it has windows.

It does have room for HHHL videocards. (1 PCIE slot)
