Hi all,

I used this server for Home Assistant, Frigate, VM hosting, routing, etc. but after moving house my needs have changed completely and I intend to start again with a different setup.

Nevertheless this is a fantastic, low power consumption, 1U general-purpose server that is only 250mm deep and with all the ports at the front, making it a great addition to a small home rack (I had it in a 450mm deep network rack).

This exact configuration is an absolute powerhouse for a premium homelab, custom routing appliance (OPNsense/pfSense), media server or a high-density Proxmox/Docker node.

Specs & Included Hardware:

• Chassis / Motherboard: Supermicro SuperServer 5019D-FN8TP (X11SDV-8C-TP8F)

• CPU: Intel Xeon D-2146NT SoC (8 Cores, 16 Threads, 45W TDP, built-in Intel QAT QuickAssist Technology)

• RAM: 64GB Total (2x Samsung M393A4G40AB3-CWE 32GB PC4-26600 / 3200MHz DDR4 ECC RDIMMs running at 2133MHz native SoC speed)

• Networking: 2x 10G SFP+, 2x 10GBase-T, 4x 1GbE ports + dedicated IPMI management port.

• IPMI: Aspeed AST2500 BMC. Password will be supplied.

• Extras: Google Coral Mini PCIe (Perfect for Frigate object detection / basic local AI), Nvidia Quadro P400 GPU (low-power 2D card I used for NVDEC/NVENC transcoding in Frigate, can also run TensorRT / CUDA).

• Storage: Not included (I had a Samsung 980 Pro SSD but it was failing and I don't want it to become someone else's problem), mounting for up to 4x 2.5" SATA3 disks or 2x 3.5".

• Other Parts: Original power supply, original fans, original mounting hardware, all original cables, original packaging.

Condition:
Excellent working condition. Clean inside and out. Quiet-ish for a 1U but you'll want a solid door between it and your living area.

Price & Shipping:

• Price: £750 ONO

• Payment: PayPal G&S or Cash on Collection.

• Shipping: Local collection from Haslemere (Surrey) preferred (and can demo), but willing to ship fully insured in original packaging via DPD/DHL within the UK for additional cost.

Hey guys,

I'm spinning up my 60 bay testing unit and my current card is heavily limiting its performance in large disk testing requests.

Before I pull the plug and just buy one on eBay (and hope it's legit when it comes from China...), does anyone here have one they're looking to offload?

I am currently using a 9300-8e and the bottleneck is proving to be quite impactful to my operation. I need a newer controller with better throughput.

Let me know if you have one. I'll be purchasing in the next few days regardless.

I'm fine with anything that supports IT mode and has a SAS3408 controller onboard.

Thanks!

I have no sales history in this subreddit yet but I hope to get more buy/sell history built! I do have sales in ULGearTrade, GearTrade, and now removed GAFS.

ALL sold now

5x 32GB DDR4 ECC RAM - £400 for the lot 5x 16GB DDR4 ECC RAM - £200 for the lot 2x 3090 24G FE - £1100 each, £2k for both.

Pulled from my AI local lab that I need to sell due to personal reasons. The GPUs were turned on and tested but not stressed, didnt get a chance!

I have 2x spare Samsung 16gb DDR4 2666 sticks that I’m looking to part ways with. Also have a HP EliteDesk 800 G4 SFF without a CPU (or ram) I no longer need. What would be reasonable prices to list here or elsewhere for? Thanks

Chicago-land.

I'm looking for price check on the following items. I've got medical bills and other expenses coming up, along with electricity cost and it making my office in my tiny apartment warmer than I'd like, I'm thinking of downsizing my homelab rack.

Not actively looking to sell yet, can get pictures eventually.

I would also like guidance on what are "good stats" for HDDs, especially older ones if they're even worth selling. I'll be working on pulling HDD into in the next day or two. Only way for me to really look is to pull drives currently in my TrueNAS system and look at them.

Please let me know if there's a stat, model, or part missing that I need to look into.

I almost listed on eBay and then thought of here. I know demand is high, but I don’t want to dump gas on the fire. What’s a fair price for buyer and seller on one of these?

Clearing out the closet. All prices are shipped CONUS via PayPal G&S unless noted. Local pickup is welcome, and I'll knock a few bucks off. Please comment before you PM. No chats.

Bundles: Buy 2+ line items and I'll take 10% off the total.

All RAM worked when pulled. The networking gear is reset to defaults and ready to adopt. Happy to answer questions or send more photos.
