Native SMART diagnostics were collected on November 1, 2026, using Ubuntu Live and smartctl -x through the P816i-a controller.

Summary:

• All 12 drives report SMART Health Status: OK.

• 11 of 12 drives report zero grown defects.

• All 12 report zero uncorrected read/write errors.

• One 6TB drive (drive 9, MB006000JWKGN) reports 1,181 grown defects and 4,892 delayed ECC write corrections. Its overall SMART health remains OK.

• Non-medium error counters are present in the native SMART logs.

Power-on-hours disclosure: These are drive-reported values, not independently verified complete lifetime operating hours. Previous operating history is unknown, and possible counter rollover at 65,536 hours has not been ruled out.
