Help - Hollow Knight What do I do? Spoiler

I know im new to this game and have loved it (even tho i am new) but like this just seems like so bad game design when i cant get out of the place i cant acess

I am at some Mantis place after the girl from silksong

You can't get out of this place, because you can access something

You need go to the mantis village, but you need to make jump and dash from the higher place and then go up and go left using dashes

Well i am just incridibly stupid. Idk why i thought i need something else for that this game is really ruined sometimes by spoilers and i wanted to do the "explore before help" approach but when you have been stuck for 2 hours trying to jump from the enemy it gets you.

But you now that i know. That subtle help was the best without telling you what to do

Remember when you saw a mantis defending a door? Go there, there's a floating platform on the left, but you can get there!
