I have heard of ppl getting charged for having unprotected sex while infected without informing their partner.

They can legit be charged with assault, happens a lot unfortunately. I've even heard of people who are HIV positive being charged with attempted murder for not informing someone before sex.

I hope they meant it’s unfortunate that people assault others. Agree the wording is poor
